Honors Academic Advising
Hicks Honors College students are assigned an academic advisor through Undergraduate Studies First-Year Advising. These advisors provide individualized guidance on the Hicks Honors program requirements and course-specific curriculum information. Honors advisors are located in Building 2/Room 1200 in the Undergraduate Studies office.
Once students reach 30 credit hours, they will also work with an advisor in their major. Honors college students can access their assigned advisor’s appointment schedule through their MyWings Portal.
In addition, students are automatically enrolled in the Hicks Honors College Symposium, a non-credit advising tool on Canvas that helps students to connect with opportunities, customize their experience, and track their completion of the Honors program requirements. More information is available via the Academic Advising website.
