Summer A/Full Summer 2024 Move-In
Summer A/Full Summer 2024 move-in will take place Friday, May 10, 2024 by appointment only! For detailed information on appointment times along with other important details pertaining to Summer 2024 move-in, please check and monitor your UNF email!
You can expect more move-in information, including move-in appointment details, via your UNF e-mail on Friday, April 26, 2024.
Students who are approved for intersession housing will receive area specific instructions for their move-in timelines on Friday, May 3, 2024.

Helpful Move-In Information
- What To Bring - Review our What to Bring list for items to remember to bring and not to bring.
- Osprey1Card - Don't forget to bring your Osprey1Card! If you do not physically have an Osprey1Card, please visit the Osprey1Card office building 8, room 1100 and open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Campus Map - The campus map will help you in finding locations on campus! For an interactive map, visit the UNF campus map webpage!
- Maintenance Request - Do you have a maintenance request for your room or area? Submit a Maintenance Request!
- Move-In Carts - A limited amount of move-in carts will be available to check out; for your convenience bringing a dolly with you to assist with move-in is recommended!
- Residence Hall - To become more familiar with your residence hall, and to know who your Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) and Assistant Residence Life Coordinator (ARLC) is for your area, review your specific residence hall webpage!
- Bulletin Boards - Each residential area has bulletin boards filled with helpful and fun information, make to take some time to look at these through the school year! Your student staff member will also have important information near their area!

Housing and Residence Life cannot accommodate arrivals earlier than the provided arrival date and time. Visit the UNF campus travel webpage for a listing of preferred hotels in the area if there is a desire or need to be in the UNF area prior to your assigned arrival window on May 10, 2024.
