Summer 2024 Housing Information
The Summer 2024 Housing Contract will be released in myHousing at 12 noon (est.) on Monday, February 19, 2024
- Any UNF student who will be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours per term at UNF for Summer A/C or Summer B 2024 who has a desire to live on-campus for Summer 2024 should fully submit their Housing Contract as soon as possible, but no later than May 15, 2024.
- Rising sophomore students and above will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Fountains for Summer A/C or Summer B as long as space is available. If additional bed space is needed, students will be assigned to Osprey Landing.

- First-year students, including Osprey First Summer Pathway Program participants, will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Cove for Summer B as long as space is available. If additional bed space is needed, students will be assigned to Osprey Landing.

There will not be an on-line room selection process for Summer 2024. Housing and Residence Life will manually assign contracted students into open bed space in order based on contract submission dates.
The earlier a student fully completes the Housing Contract process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has over students who contract at a later date.
The UNF Housing Contract does not guarantee a bed assignment or assignment to a specific type of accommodation (community, room or apartment) or assignment to any preference indicated by Resident. Resident's preferences are requests only – community, room, apartment, occupancy, and University's granting of roommate requests are not guaranteed.
Summer A
Summer A 2024 move-in for assigned residents will be Friday, May 10, 2024 via appointment. Information on the move-in process and how to schedule a move-in appointment for May 10th will be sent out via e-mail to assigned students on April 26, 2024.
There will not be an opportunity for assigned students to move-in earlier than May 10, 2024. Summer A 2024 move-out for students who do not have a Summer B housing contract on file will be Friday, June 21, 2024 at 3PM.
Summer B
Summer B 2024 move-in for assigned residents will be Friday, June 21, 2024 via appointment. Information on the move-in process and how to schedule a move-in appointment for June 21st will be sent out via e-mail to assigned students on June 3, 2024.
There will not be an opportunity for assigned students to move-in earlier than June 21, 2024. Summer B 2024 move-out for all students will be Friday, August 2, 2024 at 3PM.
- All students who have submitted a housing contract should monitor their UNF e-mail account for updates from Housing and Residence Life.
- Housing and Residence Life understands many students have a desire to live on campus. As space availability allows, Housing and Residence Life will work to accommodate as many students as possible.
