    The Summer 2026 Housing Contract is now open in myHousing.

    • Must be enrolled in 3+ credit hours for Summer A/C or B
    • Submit by May 1, 2026


    Assignments:

    • Rising Sophomores & Above: Osprey Fountains
    • First-Year Students: Osprey Crossings & Osprey Ridge


    Note:

    • Summer A Housing is from May 8, 2026 - June 18, 2026 at 3 p.m.
    • Summer B Housing is from June 18, 2026 - July 31, 2026 at 3 p.m.
    • Full Summer (A and B) is from May 8, 2026 - July 31, 2026 at 3 p.m. 


    Important:     The Summer Housing Contract is separate from Fall–Spring. Submit both Housing Contracts if you plan to live on campus for Fall 2026–Spring 2027 too!

    Spring Only 2027 Housing at UNF 

    The Spring Only 2027 Housing Contract opens September 14, 2026!

    Planning to live on campus for the spring semester? Spring Only 2027 Housing will be available starting September 14, 2026 for admitted UNF students who plan to enroll in spring classes and want to experience the convenience, community and support of living on campus. Living on campus provides a great opportunity to connect with fellow Ospreys, stay close to classes and campus resources, and make the most of the UNF experience.

    Because demand for housing is high, students are encouraged to submit their housing contract as soon as possible. Housing and Residence Life has a desire to accommodate students who want to live on campus, but assignments are based on available space and may include the use of a standby list if demand exceeds available beds.

    What You Need to Know:

    • Current residents with an existing Fall 2026-Spring 2027 Housing Contract, do NOT need to submit a Spring Only 2027 Housing Contract.
    • Available to any admitted UNF student planning to register for spring classes.
    • Complete the Spring Only 2027 Housing Contract through the myHousing portal.
    • A $100 non-refundable processing fee is required with contract submission (if applicable). 
    • Contracts are considered on a first-come, first-served basis, so applying early is encouraged.
    • Housing and Residence Life assigns rooms; there is no separate room selection process for spring contracts.
    • Most spring residents are assigned to available spaces within partially occupied rooms, suites or apartments.
    • Room type, building and other preferences are considered but cannot be guaranteed.
    • Students should regularly monitor their UNF email for assignment updates, move-in information and next steps.

    Once assigned, students will receive information about their housing assignment. Check your UNF email regularly for updates and your housing assignment.

Ready to call UNF home in 2026–2027?

Housing contracts are released by student status:

  • Current Residents: Housing contract opened 11/3/25 - CLOSED
  • Incoming First-Year Students: Housing contract opened 11/17/25
  • All Other Students: Housing contract opened 12/1/25 - CLOSED

To live on campus:

  1. Submit your housing contract in myHousing (first-year students pay a one-time $100 fee).
  2. Interested in a Living-Learning or Theme Community (LLCTC)? Apply right after submitting! - The LLCTC Application is now closed.
    • The deadline for Rising Sophomores and Above to apply to an LLCTC is: February 16, 2026.
    • The deadline for First-Year Students to apply to an LLCTC is: May 1, 2026.
  3. Don’t miss your room selection window! Submit your Housing Contract today. - The room selection processes have concluded for Fall 2026 - Spring 2027.
    • First-Year students, the deadline is May 1.
    • Current students can still submit a contract to be placed on our standby list. Please read all the information on the Current Students webpage.
    • All Other students can still submit a contract to be placed on our standby list. Please read all the information on the All other Students webpage.
