What can I expect?
Osprey Hall is a three-story, lakeside, traditional college residence hall. Students wishing to have a more traditional housing experience, choose to live in Osprey Hall because of the opportunities it provides them to meet, study and socialize with other residents.
This housing option is a limited-access building with freedom of cooking and upkeep of kitchen and bathrooms. Rooms provide 180 square feet of carpeted living space and feature large windows overlooking lakefront and wooded scenery. Osprey Hall also offers a laundry facility where students can wash and dry their own clothes.
The cost to do laundry is not included in rent.
You may use Osprey Fountains amenities, including the 24-hour fitness room, game room, Lazy River, pool deck and pools, a convenience store and grill, a House kitchen (shared amongst 12 suites of interns, no cooking utensils supplied) and a 24/7 Welcome Desk.
You may also use Osprey Clubhouse. Osprey Clubhouse is a multipurpose, student-centered hub at UNF featuring a game room, grill restaurant, study and meeting spaces and a resort-style outdoor pool, all designed to support campus life and provide a welcoming place to relax, gather and connect.
Please note, your status as a housing guest does not afford you access to any other UNF facility or amenity beyond Osprey Fountains or Osprey Clubhouse.
Once you arrive to campus you can register and access the UNF Visitor Wireless Network by visiting the UNF Registration for UNF Visitor Wireless Network webpage.
For a list of what to bring and what not to bring please visit our What to Bring webpage.
