Osprey 1Card Office

The Osprey 1Card is the official identification card of the University of North Florida and is required for access to essential campus services. Your Osprey 1Card also offers Ozzie Bucks -- a convenient account for making purchases on and off campus. Your Osprey 1Card is the most important card that you will have at the University of North Florida. Please protect your card and carry it with you at all times. Visit  www.osprey1card.com  to learn more.

Requirements

To obtain your Osprey 1Card, you will need to:

- Have an appropriate form of identification:  driver's license, passport, or military/government identification card.

- Be a registered or currently enrolled in classes or an active employee at the University of North Florida.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Report a lost or stolen card immediately through the Osprey 1Card's customer service line at 1 (888) 290-2030 , the Osprey 1Card Office in English Hall, Building 8, Room 1100 or on-line through your Osprey 1Card account. You are responsible for all transactions that occur before your card is officially reported.

Name/Status Changes

Legal name changes or status changes (Staff to Student or Staff to Retiree) are "Free of Charge".  You need to exchange your old ID, for the new one. If it is a "Legal Name Change" made with OneStop Student Services, when you exchange your ID, the new name needs to match what is on your driver's license.  Although, you have a "Preferred Named Change" with OneStop student service does not mean you can have this on your Osprey 1Card.

** Distance Learning Programs **

Distance Learning students can now obtain their Osprey 1Card by completing the Distance Learning Programs Application form. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery of the Osprey 1Card once the form and required documents have been received by the Osprey 1Card Office.  Click below to access the Distance Learning ID Application:

Veteran Students

Veteran students, staff and faculty can add a veteran designation to their Osprey 1Card.  The "blue V" identifier serves to recognize those on campus who have served and to offer a simplified way to present proof of service.  Those who have already been issued an Osprey 1Card without a 'V" may exchange the card for no fee.  Lost and stolen card fees still apply.  Proof of military or veteran status may be required.
