Tasha Blair
Coordinator for Living-Learning and Theme Communities
Tasha is our Coordinator for Living-Learning and Theme Communities. Tasha joined the UNF Housing and Residence Life family in 2019. Tasha earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with minors in Mass Communication and Women’s and Gender studies from Winona State University, in Minnesota. She is now pursuing her Master of Education, Special Education with an emphasis on Disability Services here at UNF.
Tasha is originally from Minnesota. In her time at UNF, Tasha has grown to consider Florida her second home; Minnesota will always be where her heart is. Tasha is passionate about giving back to her community and making a difference in the lives of those around her. She particularly enjoys working with food pantries as she believes that no one should have to choose between a roof over their head or food in their belly. In her free time, she enjoys seeing the world through the eyes of her new son, weekly game nights with friends, playing bingo at restaurants and traveling with her husband. Tasha loves NFL football and will likely be spotted repping her MN Vikings. She also loves reading and exploring new areas of Jax.
