Kyle joined UNF in 2019. Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida Saint Petersburg in 2010 and Master of Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2014. Kyle has over a decade of experience in Housing and Residence Life with interests in occupancy management, facilities, master planning and student conduct. When not working, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exercising, reading, attending sporting events, drinking the most coffee and even disc golfing. 
 
As the Director of Housing Operations, Kyle’s responsibilities include supervising the Assignments staff and the Housing and Residence Life marketing team. Some processes that fall under Kyle's oversight include: the assignments and contract process, contract cancellation appeals, Conference & Intern housing, housing accommodations, as well as the operations of The Flats at UNF. 

When to contact:

• Student in crisis or needing assistance with a concern that cannot be resolved by in-hall staff
•  To address concerns about Housing Operations processes or staff (Assignments Staff)
