Assistant Director of Budgets

Claudia has served as a Senior Accountant for the University (2023 – 2026), formerly worked in HRL as a Senior Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate (2013 – 2023).  Claudia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the UNF Coggin College of Business and an Associate of Arts Degree in Business from Nashville State Community College.  Prior to joining UNF in 2013 she was employed by Duval County Schools (2009 – 2013) and the commercial landscaping company, The Brickman Group (2006 – 2009).

As the Assistant Director of Budgets, Claudia’s primary responsibility is the daily management of the Housing and Residence Life financial operations. She supervises two Senior Accounts Payable/Receivable Representatives and one Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate. She works closely with the Directors and Assistant Vice President of Housing and Residence Life in the development of the operational budget and oversees the assessment, invoicing and collection of rent and fees, departmental purchases, services agreements, expenditures and all reporting and information related to the Housing and Residence Life budget.
