Miguel is new to UNF Housing & Residence Life! He received his Bachelor of Science in Sports & Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University (WT) and his Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Miguel's previous involvements include Residence Hall Association (RHA), Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Student Government, and Volunteer Services Department. At different points in his career, Miguel has worked for various non-profit organizations, such as the YMCA and Break Away. Miguel also volunteers with Toastmasters International. His hobbies include kickboxing, playing video games, as well as watching YouTube videos; he describes himself as a Marvel “nerd” and plans on doing deep dives into different superheroes and examine their leadership styles for a future podcast series.

Cooper is from Conneaut, Ohio and got his undergrad in Music from Mercyhurst University (MU) where he was an RA, member of the student government, and a part of many ensembles such as the Marching Band. While doing this Cooper was working as a Social Media Promotions Coordinator for iHeartMedia. Cooper recently received his Maters from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in Student Affairs in Higher Education. While at IUP Cooper was a Graduate Residence Director as well as the Graduate Director for Student Training and Leadership overseeing the Residence Hall Association (RHA), and National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH). In his free time Cooper likes to explore, go for drives, watching movies, and listening to music. Cooper is looking forward to getting started and meeting the UNF community!

Becki is a returning Osprey! Becki earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology from Western Illinois University, and her Master's of Science in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Affairs right here at UNF. After earning her Master's degree, Becki served as a Hall Coordinator at the University of New Mexico and a Residence Life Coordinator at the University of West Florida. In her free time, Becki enjoys yoga, watching hockey, baking and collecting vinyl records.

Jeremy went to La Roche University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He studied Communications Media and Technology with a minor in Graphic Design. He was an RA in undergrad and did many miscellaneous jobs all over campus. He was known as a jack of all trades both as a student and as an employee. Over the past year he started his Masters in HR, that he would love to eventually continue. Photography is one of many hobbies, along with radio production/podcasting.

Emily Perez received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Valdosta State University as well as her Master of Business Administration in 2022. Since 2017, she has worked several different roles in housing including Front Desk Worker, Residence Hall Director, Facilities & Operations Graduate Assistant and Marketing & PR Graduate Assistant. In her free time, she loves watching reality tv shows, hanging out with friends and family and trying new recipes.

Titilope Ellis is a Georgia native who earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University. She brings over seven years of leadership experience in student affairs and healthcare management. Titilope is passionate about mentoring student leaders and supporting personal and academic growth. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, binge watching classic Disney movies and writing.

Jesse Jones was born here in Jacksonville, FL and raised in East Chicago, Indiana. He received a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Policy from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Some of his previous experiences include working for the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), Duval County Public Schools (DCPS) and Edward Waters University (Florida's first and oldest HBCU). He loves to travel and he loves food! Some places he has traveled to include: Mexico, Guatemala, Rwanda, Africa and Jamaica. His favorite food is seafood. He is looking forward to connecting with and supporting students here on campus.

Maya is a proud Jacksonville University alumna who recently earned her Bachelors degree in Communications and has now joined Osprey Nation to pursue her Masters degree in Communication Management. Throughout her undergraduate experience, she was an active and engaged leader on campus, serving as a Resident Assistant, Orientation Leader and Social Media Coordinator for various university-affiliated brands. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of strategic communication, digital media and community engagement. She spent time in her undergrad interning for the Jacksonville Sharks. She also has a personal passion for beauty and makeup, and in recent years, has developed a strong interest in health and fitness. Currently, she is also dedicating time to learning Spanish, adding yet another skill to her growing list of passions.
