Preparatory meetings prior to travel are required as part of the Coggin In summer programs. Topics discussed include safety, cultural adaptation, program expectations, flight/logistical arrangements, and scholarship opportunities. Mark your calendar for the following mandatory meetings:

| Participants | Up to 10 UNF undergraduate students who meet the above prerequisites |
| Cost | Students pay all costs (excluding UNF tuition) directly to ESC Rennes, hotels, airlines, etc. It is estimated that these costs will equal approximately $2,620 (as of 2026).
Additionally, students pay for six credits of UNF summer tuition/fees. |
