With over 3,200 students and deep connections in the business community, our students have unparalleled opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom. Many of our courses include projects with real-world business cases developed in collaboration with our business partners. More than 115 Coggin students completed internships for academic credit in 2025-2026 academic year, intentionally pairing their professional experience with coursework that included SMART goals, action planning, progress monitoring, and reflection. In addition, many more Coggin students completed internships outside of the for-credit internship courses. Both types of internship experiences frequently resulted in full-time employment opportunities for Coggin graduates. We have many student clubs and organizations where you can find groups of like-minded students who share similar educational interests and business aspirations.

Our academic programs are led by faculty with deep business knowledge and experience. Many are known globally for their expertise and are often sought as advisors and consultants by businesses and public sector organizations. In addition to their expertise, their greatest value shines as teachers who care about their students’ success. UNF advisors and staff offer resources to help students succeed in their coursework and Career Services is an excellent resource for career planning and placement.  Our business graduates consistently emphasize faculty quality & care, real-world application and hands-on learning, and the supportive academic community as the aspects they value most about their experience in Coggin!
