Sam Inman
Chief Financial Officer
Sam Inman has served as chief financial officer (CFO) of Community First Credit Union since 1993 and has been with the credit union since 1990. Inman is responsible for ensuring the healthy financial condition and viability of the credit union, while developing and implementing long-term strategies, policies and operating objectives. He has been instrumental in the growth of the credit union’s total assets from $156 million to $1.9 billion while improving key operating and efficiency ratios. He also serves as the credit union’s chief risk officer, responsible for assessing and mitigating risk, especially related to technology and cyber-attacks. As part of the executive team, he is responsible for guiding innovation and planning for the future of the financial services industry. He has led the credit union’s Branch Transformation Project, the most radical and comprehensive branch redesign and renovation in the organization’s history that seeks to align physical branches with the way people bank today. Inman is active in the Northeast Florida community. He is a graduate of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2002. He serves on the board of the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida and previously served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida. In 2014, Inman was named an “Ultimate CEO” by the Jacksonville Business Journal. A Jacksonville native, Inman earned an MBA from Brenau University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Florida.

He has a long track record of helping companies better understand market conditions and developing effective strategies for success. Jason is currently one of the founding partners of Waybright, a consulting company focused on the acceleration and deployment of technological solutions for current energy, water and environmental crises. He was formerly the Chief Strategy Officer for Peerfit, a digital health tech company acquired by FitOn. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and his MBA from the University of North Florida.

Myron Pincomb is the founder of the Pincomb Group LLC., which advises and invests in companies in the fields of education, healthcare, and corporate learning. Myron has demonstrated a lifelong passion for business and education. As a successful entrepreneur and leader, his innovative ideas have enhanced teaching and learning in the U.S. and beyond. For nearly 20 years, Myron built and ran successful companies in the fields of industrial chemistry, technology, medicine, and education. In 1999, he founded Educational Tools Inc., which in a few short years grew from a small technology startup to a major player in digital curriculum for children with special needs, with a valuation of nearly $50 million. In 2013, Myron and his family established a foundation, Girls for Africa Inc., with the purpose of transforming the lives of orphans in Ghana, West Africa. The foundation helped build a STEM academy in Ghana which provided education for close to 500 children. A proud alum of UNF, Myron received a Bachelor of Science in biology and chemistry. Myron served as chairman of the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards, the largest independent credentialing and continuing education organization with a focus on special needs. He is also a board member for UNF, Jacksonville Speech and Hearing Center, and the Jacksonville Zoological Society.

Jim Stallings is an internationally recognized business leader, entrepreneur and investor who specializes in launching and scaling early-stage companies in areas of technology and ecommerce. Jim is the Founder and CEO of PS27 Ventures and has been involved in starting dozens of new ventures in FinTech, HealthTech and Software as a Service. He believes innovation should be viewed as the core offensive strategy of any company, "either disrupt of be disrupted.". Jim's career spans over 30 years as IBM General Manager of several major lines of business including the company's $7-billion Linux software business, its intellectual property division with 39,000 patents and its $21-billion global hardware sales group. He started his business career as a data analyst in the Space Division at General Electric. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Naval Academy and served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. He is on the Board of Directors at Fidelity National Informations Systems (FIS), UGI Corporation (UGI) and Cannae Holdings, Inc. (CNNE). He also serves as a Trustee on the Folded Flag Foundation which provides scholarships to descendants of fallen warriors in the US Military.

Looking for ways to get involved and give back the Management department? We're always looking for talented alumni or simply engaged professionals currently employed locally within the management, international business, information systems, and operations disciplines to contribute to the Department's curricular and co-curricular initiatives. Service on the Management Advisory Council (MAC) includes setting strategies to improve future graduates’ workforce readiness, integrating “real-world” business expertise into academic curriculum, growing UNF student internship and employment opportunities, and providing important linkages in the community that result in a stronger University and region. In return, members of the MAC will benefit from networking with other community leaders, influencing strategic initiatives in the College, and exposure to Coggin's brightest undergraduate and graduate talent.

The Marketing Advisory Council’s mission is to help provide highly qualified marketing graduates to regional employers. To this end, the MAC works directly with UNF faculty, advisors and students to provide valuable experiential learning—from informational interviews to internships. The MAC supports specific programs, such as the Honors in Marketing program. In addition, MAC members advise on the relevance of the overall marketing program of study and specific aspects of the curriculum in today’s business landscape.
Organizations
For-profit and not-for-profit companies alike are members of the Marketing Advisory Council. All member organizations regularly hire marketing professionals and all individual members are hiring managers or above who are experience and prepared to provide advice to our students. All members are willing to provide occasional informational interviews to Honors students to help students learn more about the member's industry, skills, or career. Member organizations may also offer Case Projects and provide internships. To schedule an informational interview with a MAC member, email marketing.honors@unf.edu.

Greg is a bestselling author and has over 30 years of multidisciplinary global business experience spanning marketing, sales, and IT management, as well as Internet software development, and advanced data analytics. He advises businesses on Internet technologies and teaches business analytics and digital strategies at the University of North Florida Coggin College of Business. |
Kristen Majdanics |
Kristen was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Firehouse Subs where she led a team of 27 marketers focused on product development, brand strategy, traditional and digital media, field marketing, social media strategy, loyalty programs, and digital guest experience. She joined the brand in 2008 as a Manager of Brand Marketing. Her time at Firehouse Subs spanned the brand's growth from a regional sandwich chain to a national brand. Before joining Firehouse Subs, Kristen held various roles at public relations, advertising, and design agencies in Kansas City and Chicago. During her agency years, Kristen worked on clients ranging from Hostess Twinkies to the U.S. Army. |

Haim is a data analytics leader with experience both as an analyst and a manager. He has a proven track record of success in using data to drive business decisions and enable users to easily interact with their data. Haim is passionate about data visualization and is a busy data-literacy speaker in conferences and meetups. Haim is also the founder of the Kaplan Tableau User Group. In addition, he enjoys mentoring students and helping them develop the skills they need to successfully transition from academia to the work-world. |
