Adulting and Life Skills

Students will gain skills to support independent living, maintain and improve their health and wellbeing, and develop self-management strategies.

Students will be able to:

  1. Gain skills necessary for independent living at college and after graduation.
  2. Make choices that maintain and improve all dimensions of their health and wellbeing.
  3. Determine, set, evaluate and complete goals toward their own definition of success.
