Join us for a small group, interactive workshop on Finance for Non-Finance Leaders.  Develop a deeper understanding of how to read and interpret financial reports, talk numbers and make executive finance decisions with confidence. 

Designed for the non-financial leader, this workshop will teach you fundamentals in accounting and finance through practical application and how to effectively leverage financial information to make an impact for your team and organization.

Faculty

Dr. Inga Timmerman has a PhD in finance from Florida Atlantic University. She joined the Coggin College of Business in August 2022.  Before UNF, she had academic appointments at California State University in Los Angeles and Oregon State University. She is the current academic editor of the Journal of Financial Planning and the immediate past president of the Academy of Financial Services. As a Certified Financial Planner, Inga is a practicing academic who maintains a private practice that focuses on individual financial decision making. She has taught over 20 classes in the last 16 years, ranging from financial statement analysis to retirement planning. Her goal is to make numbers and math comfortable and easy to explain.
