UNF Giving Day big hit for Coggin College of Business

The Coggin College is grateful for all those who contributed to Giving Day as alumni, faculty and staff.

There was a total of 157 donations to the Coggin College of Business for Giving Day with 121 unique donors. Total cash contributions amounted to $15,253.50 for the day.

“It’s another sign that Coggin College alumni always remember where they came from,” said Coggin College Dean Richard Buttimer. “We’re humbled by the commitment from our alumni and the enlightening reality they value supporting future students. They chose to assist in improving the lives of productive members of the business community.”

The Giving Day contributions come during a significant year of advancement for the Coggin College of Business as there were substantial increases in enrollment. There was the opening of the Suddath LITS Lab in October. And Coggin College also added a new director of the Crowley Center for Transportation and Logistics. Dr. Herbert Kotzab is poised to take the center to new vistas as he takes over the helm of the Crowley Center.
