UNF is a top provider of talent in Florida and is at the top of state universities with the highest % of bachelor's graduates employed in Florida. UNF is also at the top of the list for graduates in key strategic areas in Florida including transportation and logistics, fintech, accounting and more!

UNF graduates are fueling Florida’s economy with 80% staying in the state and 70% in the Jacksonville region.

At UNF, students learn by doing! Starting in Fall 2025, all incoming students will have opportunities to participate in at least one immersive, hands-on learning experience – including internships, research, leadership experiences and more.
