Katherine has served UNF students since February 2016, first as an academic advisor and presently in the Dean of Students Office. In her current role, she serves as the Associate Director in the Dean of Students Office. She works with students in The Nesting Place, a program for students experiencing homelessness and students from the Florida Department of Children and Families (including foster care and adoption). She also works closely with students pursuing Medical Withdrawals and/or returning to UNF after leaving for a Medical Withdrawal. Katherine supervises UNF Master of Social Work students who intern within the office.
Katherine earned her Master in Social Work (MSW) and Bachelor in Social Work (BSW) degrees, both from Florida State University. Katherine has over 12 years of professional higher education experience within Florida’s State University System.
