Meet the Assistant Director of Resolution and Engagement

Francesca Brant, M.Ed

Assistant Director of Resolution and Engagement

Francesca currently serves as the Assistant Director of Resolution and Engagement, where she oversees the Training Institute, Alternative Dispute Resolution process and is certified in conflict resolution through Cornell University. She also assists the University Conduct Officer with student conduct cases and handles specialty processes, including conduct appeals, forgiveness requests and managing the Student Conduct Board. Francesca oversees and directs the training of Conduct Board members and facilitates the logistics for the panel hearing process, as well as designing the curriculum and keeping all training current.

Francesca attended Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tennessee, where she earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and her Master of Arts in Elementary Education. Following the completion of her graduate studies, she worked in several business environments in Memphis before relocating to Maryland and serving as the administrative assistant in the College Counseling Department of an independent school just outside of Washington, D.C. She now resides in Jacksonville with her husband and daughter, and is happy to be part of the Osprey community!
