Fall 2024 - Spring 2025
Demand for on-campus bed space is extremely high.
The Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Contract is released in myHousing on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024 at 12 noon EST.
Any UNF student who will be registered for UNF classes for Fall 2024 and has a desire to live on-campus for the 2024- 2025 Academic Year should fully complete the Academic Year 2024-2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible.
The earlier a student fully completes the Housing Contract process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to be placed within a bed space over students who contract at a later date. Please note, Housing and Residence Life has a desire to house as many students as possible but based on the anticipated high demand for bed spaces for Fall 2024, Housing and Residence Life will be prioritizing the placement of contracted students who fall into the below categories.
First-year Students - This group is comprised of First-Time in College Students admitted for Summer B 2024, Fall 2024 or Spring 2025

Please note, submission of a UNF Housing Contract does not guarantee a bed assignment. The earlier a student fully completes all steps of the housing contract submission process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to participate in on-line room selection process. A student failing to participate in scheduled on-line room selection processes greatly lowers any priority to receive a bed space.
To submit a Housing Contract visit the myHousing web portal and log-in with your UNF myWings credentials.
Once a student submits a UNF Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their UNF e-mail account for specific information and timelines associated with the on-line room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other pertinent information.

Summer 2024
The Summer 2024 Housing Contract will be released in myHousing at 12 noon (est.) on Monday, February 19, 2024
- Any UNF student who will be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours per term at UNF for Summer A/C or Summer B 2024 who has a desire to live on-campus for Summer 2024 should fully submit their Housing Contract as soon as possible, but no later than May 1, 2024.
- Rising sophomore students and above will be assigned to bed space in Osprey Fountains for Summer A/C or Summer B as long as space is available. If additional bed space is needed, students will be assigned to Osprey Landing.
