The UNF Department of Psychology is dedicated to being an inclusive and collaborative hub of innovative scientific discovery and education that is focused on improving our communities and preparing our students to succeed in a diverse and rapidly-changing world.

Congratulations to Dr. John Oliver for being recognized by the College of Arts and Sciences for his passion for student success! Graduating students appreciated his dedication in a survey at UNF. He was the most nominated faculty member, with 20 nominations.

Congratulations to Dr. Heather Barnes Truelove for being selected by colleagues from across the University of North Florida for the 2024 Distinguished Professor Award! It is wonderful to see her recognized for her inspiring work in academia, the profession, and community.

Congratulations to senior Psychology major Natalie Clum on being named the April Undergraduate Researcher of the Month by UNF's Office of Undergraduate Research! She presented 3 separate posters at 5 different research conferences for her pro-environmental research with Dr. Heather Truelove.
