The Department of Leadership, Organization and Community Impact provides comprehensive professional programs designed for students interested in several education careers paths. Our undergraduate and graduate curricula equip students for impactful roles in disability services, ASL/English interpreting, learning design and technology, and sport management. Graduate offerings include master’s degrees in school counseling, educational leadership, athletic administration, special education, ASL/English interpreting, higher education administration, and instructional technology and development. For those seeking to elevate their leadership skills and influence within education and community settings, the department also offers a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership.
