At UNF, we believe leadership is action and community is our classroom. The Disability Services concentration empowers students to become skilled advocates and educators who expand opportunity, ensure access, and strengthen belonging for individuals with disabilities in schools and communities.

Program Description

Career Outlook

Graduates with a degree in Disability Services are prepared to work in a variety of settings including schools, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and postsecondary institutions. Many pursue careers as Direct Support Professionals, Employment Coaching Resource Coordinators, Disability Services Advocates, Transition Specialists, or Postsecondary Support Coordinators, all supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and inclusion.
