Attend a Specialty Silverfield Tour!

Register for a Specialty Tour at the Silverfield College of Education and Human Services!

During a weekday campus tour, you will get a general overview of our academic colleges and see the campus. On a Specialty Tour, you can get a more in-depth peek at the specific academic college associated with your intended major. You'll have the chance to:

Hear from a representative of the Silverfield College of Education and Human Services

  • Attend an admissions information session
  • Meet current students during a guided campus tour
  • See different facilities within the college, including classrooms and labs
  • Hear about various ways to get involved outside the classroom
  • Connect 1:1 with one of our college’s academic advisors

2026 UNF Preschool Art Exhibition at MOCA Jacksonville

Join us at MOCA Jacksonville for the 2026 UNF Preschool Art Exhibition starting on Wednesday, April 15, at 5 p.m., all the way through Sunday, April 26.

The "Little Learners, Big Ideas!" exhibition is a celebration of children's deep thinking and competence. There will be both 2D and 3D works of art, as well as a featured documentation of a long-term project from each of the classrooms.

Exhibition is FREE and open to the public!

Seven Bridges Summer Institute

June 15-17, 2026 | Tom and Betty Petway Hall, Bldg. 57

This dynamic three-day professional development experience is designed for K-12 teachers and district leaders across Northeast Florida. This institute will empower you with practical strategies to engage students in writing across all content areas, while also providing space for you to grow as a writer. Workshops are led by both UNF faculty and practicing teachers. Participating teachers will earn professional development credits and become part of an on-going reading and writing community.

The institute will be $75 per person with a discount rate offer of $55 per person when more than two teachers register from the same school. The event includes FREE parking, FREE breakfast, and FREE lunches on Monday and Wednesday. Take your teaching and your writing to the next level.
