Military Service Transcripts
In keeping with Florida Statute 1009.26 (17a), the University of North Florida will waive the transcript fee for a person who is active duty or an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces and their spouse and dependents.
If you believe you qualify under these categories, DO NOT order a transcript using Parchment unless you have a need for an express mail option. Please note, the express mail option is not covered under this provision.
For standard USPS mail or electronic delivery options, simply email the Office of Records & Registration at records@unf.edu using the subject line "Military Transcript Request" with a message stating your military affiliation (active duty, veteran, dependent, spouse, etc.). Once your affiliation is identified we will be requesting ID verification, documentation to verify military affiliation, and have you fill out a military transcript request order form.
