Lex Hester Endowed Fellowship for Public Administration

The Lex Hester Endowed Fellowship for Public Administration is a competitive award to an outstanding student in the University of North Florida MPA program.

Requirements: To receive the Lex Hester Scholarship, a student must be a Duval County resident who is currently enrolled or accepted into the University of North Florida MPA program by the Fall of the academic year or an upper-level undergraduate with a commitment to a career in public service.
