Moriarty Irish Studies Endowed Scholarship
Selection criteria
- Students eligible for such scholarships must:
- meet admissions requirements, be accepted and enrolled in the University of North Florida,
- be an undergraduate at the University of North Florida, with preference given to College of Arts and Sciences majors,
- have earned a minimum UNF cumulative GPA of 3.0,
- be participating in a UNF-approved for-credit study abroad program or experience in Ireland worth no fewer than 3 academic credit hours, and
- complete the application process and be selected by a committee appointed by the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
- Students awarded this scholarship must also agree to:
- comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus,
- consent to release grades to the Division of Institutional Advancement for the purpose of reporting to the Donor,
- remain in good standing as a student, and
- complete the study abroad program in Ireland prior to graduation.
