Gayle and Scott Lewis Music Scholarship

Purpose: The purpose of the award is to provide scholarship funding for University of North Florida School of Music students in Music Performance, Jazz Studies and Music Education.
Selection Criteria:
  1. Students eligible for the scholarship awards must: 
    1. Meet admissions requirements and be accepted to the University of North Florida,
    2. Declare a major in either Music Performance or Jazz Studies and/or Music Education
    3. Be a transfer student
    4. Have completed at least 60 credit hours
    5. Enroll half-time or more in the Fall and Spring semesters, and
    6. If enrolled in Summer semester, have at least three or more credit hours
Student Responsibility:
  1. Maintain a GPA of at least 2.5
  2. Consent to release grades to the Division of Development and Alumni Engagement for the purpose of reporting to the Donors, and
  3. Remain in good standing as a student.
