Host a Donation Drive

Food and hygiene drives are an impactful way to keep the pantry stocked and provide much needed items for students!

If your group or organization is interested in hosting a donation drive, review the content below. Fill out our Donation Drive Intent Form or email our team at lendawing@unf.edu with any questions you may have. 

1. Fill out our Donation Drive Intent Form. 
2. Designate roles within your group and establish a method of communication that works best.
3. Decide who you'd like to receive donations from. Who is your target donor audience?
4. How will you reach your audience? You can choose to do a tabling event, reach out via email, phone, or social media, or find other ways to connect. 
5. Decide what items you plan to collect. Check out our donation page to see what is needed at the time. 
6. Set a goal! This could be the number of items collected, number of donors, or number of tabling events.
7. Decide on a location to host the drive. Where do you feel that you will be most successful?
8. Choose the dates and times for your donation drive. What works best for your group and your goal?
9. Market and promote your drive!
10. Schedule a date and time to drop-off what you've collected to the pantry!
