Microsoft Office 365

UNF provides students and employees with 100 gigabytes (GB) of email storage through their Office 365 account. Users also have access to OneDrive, a cloud base storage drive with five terabytes (TB) of space available for University files that can be used for file sharing with other Office apps.
For faculty and staff, UNF Email addresses are in the form of: 'UNF ID@unf.edu' (N01234567@unf.edu) or 'friendly-email-alias@unf.edu' (Ozzie.Osprey@unf.edu). New employees will want to select a friendly e-mail address by logging into the myUNFID portal.
For students, UNF Email addresses are in the form of: 'UNF ID@unf.edu' (N01234567@unf.edu)

How Do I Access Office 365?
Login to Office 365 using the e-mail icon in the new myWings Portal.
Once logged in, use the button in the far upper-left corner to navigate between the different Office 365 offerings.

Office Online
Office Online is cloud-based basic versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote that work right in your internet browser. Nothing needs to be installed, so you can view and edit documents from anywhere that you have an internet connection.
Office on your personal devices
UNF Employees
UNF employees can download and use the full Office suite of products on up to five personal Windows or Mac computers. This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, and Publisher. The installation will remain valid for as long as employment at UNF is valid. Note that this feature is only for personal devices. Regular OPS and agency temp/contractors are not licensed to download and install the Office suite.
UNF Students
Because of the University's enterprise agreement with Microsoft, students are able to download and install Microsoft Office ProPlus desktop applications AT NO COST. Review the Student Advantage web page for more information.
Can't Access Your Email from Outlook (on your Computer)?
You will always be able to access your email online in the new myWings portal or at portal.office.com.
On the first login screen (branded Microsoft), use "your N-number@unf.edu" as your username (no password is entered on this screen).
On the second login screen (branded UNF), login with your N Number (only) and UNF password. Once you login, click on Outlook to access your email.
On subsequent logins you'll just need to select your account on the Microsoft branded screen then proceed to login on the UNF branded screen.
UNF Email Not Showing on Your Mobile Device?
You may need to delete your account from your mobile device and re-add it. Review the instructions for Office 365 Mobile Device Set Up and follow the directions.
