  • What IT services and resources are available to me?

We offer a range of IT services and resources to the University of North Florida including access to software, campus WiFi, email accounts, online learning programs, and the management of specialized labs to facilitate education across disciplines.

Browse Technology Help on our Support Portal to learn more about the specific services available to you.

  • How do I access and use services from ITS?

Search for the application, request, and knowledge articles you need to get through the day by typing "help.unf.edu" into your address bar to navigate to our Support Portal and then a few keywords into our Support Portal's search bar, located under the phrase "How can we help?".

    Use it like Google.

If you can't find what you need after searching, submit a general IT request using the "Get Help" button.

  • Who can I contact for IT support and how?
Contact the Help Desk or your area's designated College Support Tech, affectionately known as C-Techs, through our Support Portal, located by navigating to "help.unf.edu"

Either search for the request you have in mind or "Get Help" by clicking the aptly labeled button on our Support Portal and submitting a description of your circumstances for triage.
