-
What can I expect from the ITS Help Desk?
We're friendly, polite, and knowledgeable people who manage emails and walk-ins from students, faculty, and staff, offering assistance with classroom technology, audio/visual services, network connectivity, software applications, operating systems, university-owned computer hardware and peripherals, password resets, and setting up network clients.
The Help Desk also supports C-Techs and Engineers involved in strategic partnerships across the university, advising on business and technical needs to establish new business solutions and services.

Are there any free or discounted apps for students?
Students at UNF have access to Microsoft Office Suite on up to 5 devices, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote among other web apps.
You may also log into VLAB Pro to access a virtual desktop complete with the same software you have access to on standard Library machines.
Additionally, UNF provides students with access to a number of free and discounted software programs that run on both Windows and Mac computers. Try searching "KIVUTO" within myWings to see what's available to you. Below is an example of software available to students.
