College of Computing, Engineering & Construction Advising

Academic Advising is closed for meetings or special events on the following days:

  • Friday, April 1st         8:30am-11:30am

What We Do

Welcome to the College of Computing, Engineering, and Construction! Academic advising for sophomores, juniors, and seniors is provided through the CCEC advising office. Students should meet with an academic advisor concerning their program requirements as early as possible. Each student must review a degree evaluation with their academic advisor in the College by the time they reach 45 credits.

Advising Testimonials

The beginnings of my academic journey wouldn’t have been possible without your support and guidance during my shift to CCEC. Through it all, I was able to graduate on time with Summa Cum Laude!!
Thank you so much for all of your help today! I know you have other people to help too. But I want you to know that I’m so glad you’re my advisor and have helped me so much to get to this point.

Learn More About SASS
  • How do I meet with an advisor?
Schedule an appointment with your academic advisor through myWings. Virtual and in-person walk-ins are posted on your major's Canvas page.
  • What is a waitlist and how does it work?
If the class you wish to register for is currently filled, you will have the option of signing up on a waitlist for that section. This feature tells you how many people have already signed up on the waitlist. If the class becomes open and you are the next name on the waitlist, you will automatically be registered for the course. Please note that you may not move into a class from the waitlist if registration in that section would cause you to exceed max hours, if you are already registered in another section of the class, or if you have a hold.
  • How do I apply to graduate?
Apply in your myWings account or see the Graduation Application instructions at the beginning of the term you plan to finish your classes. After you apply, the advising office will check and verify whether you are ready to graduate.
