The Student Body Treasurer monitors all A&S fee accounts and serves as the Executive liaison to the Student Body on matters pertaining to the A&S Fee procedures. The Treasurer oversees budget transfers and requests, create and present a balanced budget with approval of the Budget and Allocations Committee. They serve as the fiscal advisor to the Budget and Allocations Committee, the Senate, and the
President, attend weekly meetings and touchpoints with professional staff, the President, and the
Executive Cabinet, and attend events and serve at the discretion of the President. They also serve on Club Funding Board as a voting member and must serve on at least one University Wide Committee. 
The Budget & Allocations Committee is the gatekeeper to the Activity and Service Fee Budget. The Committee allocates funds to registered student organizations and allocates the yearly A&S Fee Fiscal Budget. The Budget and Allocations Committee Chair is tasked with running meetings of the Budget and Allocations Committee which is charged with allocating funds for Special and Travel requests. The chair and committee also assist the Student Body Treasurer in creating an annual budget report of $6 million.
The Assistant Director of Clubs for the Osprey Involvement Center is responsible for  overseeing RSO Registration each semester. They act as the main point of contact between clubs, OIC, and Student Government. They also serve as Chair of Club Funding Board and help assist in the planning and operations of OIC events. The Assistant Director meets regularly with the Director, Advisor, Treasurer, Business Manager, and Budget and Allocations Chair to go over student funding request from RSOs.
