 Osprey Involvement Center

 Osprey Involvement Center is an executive agency of Student Government responsible for overseeing the registered student organizations on campus. Use this page to help you understand who's who, and how to get in contact with them.

Alexanderia Crotts grew up in Green Cove Springs, FL. She is a second year student in the Hicks Honors College majoring in Transportation and Logistics while pursuing a minor in Leadership and Food Systems and Sustainability. As Director of the Osprey Involvement Center, she is the head of the agency that serves as the support system for the functions and activities of Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and student involvement. Her main goal is to ensure that students can easily find purposeful engagement opportunities to unlock their potential and become actively engaged in the Osprey community. Outside of Student Government, she serves as an executive officer of the Transportation and Logistics Society and is the Vice President of Programming for the Presidential Envoys. She also enjoys being involved with the Honors Student Union and the Navigators.

Ashlyn was born in Tampa, Florida. She is in the honors college, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Leadership. She is in charge of marketing for the Osprey Involvement center in Student Government. More specifically, she oversees the OIC social media, marketing for clubs, and marketing for OIC events. Her goal as Marketing Coordinator is to bring together the students of UNF and get students involved in the clubs and opportunities around campus. Outside of OIC, Ashlyn likes to read, paint, and hang out with friends.

Involvement Coach 

Kaito Murata; He/Him/His

Kaito was born in New York and moved to Japan when he was one. He lived there till the age of 11 and moved to Palm Beach Florida. Kaito is now a Civil Engineering major and is minoring in Leadership. He is the Osprey Involvement Center coach in student government. His goals are to get to interact with many of the clubs here on campus and bring student government and the clubs on campus closer. Outside of OIC, Kaito spends his time building computers and loves to rock climb here at the Recreation and Wellness Complex. 



Club Funding Board

The Club Funding Board (CFB) is a 5 member committee chaired by the Osprey Involvement Center Director that consists of the Osprey Involvement Center Assistant Director, Budget & Allocations Chairman, the Student Body Treasurer and one student appointed by the SG president. This committee meets weekly or more/less frequently as needed to review and appropriate club funding.

The Student Body Treasurer monitors all A&S fee accounts and serves as the Executive liaison to the Student Body on matters pertaining to the A&S Fee procedures.

Budget & Allocations Chair

The Budget & Allocations Committee is the gatekeeper to the Activity and Service Fee Budget. The Committee allocates funds to registered student organizations and allocates the yearly A&S Fee Fiscal Budget.
