Registration Information
Registration for the 2023-2024 academic year is open and closes on September 12th at 5 pm.
Start or Re-Register an RSO
To be a recognized organization on campus, you must complete the following registration process in Perch Portal.
- Your club's 2023-2024 constitution is uploaded to Perch Portal
- The President and Treasurer have taken the appropriate quizzes and scored 100%.
- The President, Treasurer, and Advisor have made their position public on Perch Portal.
- Your club must have at least 6 student members on its Perch Portal roster.

- Recognized Registered Student Organization at UNF.
- Reserve certain University locations at no cost, or at discounted rates.
- Listed in the club directory.
- Access to Club Commons during Student Government's business hours.
- Access to materials.
- Participation in Homecoming events as a Club
- Included in Student Union Updates.
- Listings in UNF's Master Calendar.
- Inclusion in OIC events.
- Club pricing for ads in the Spinnaker.
- Eligibility for Student Government funding.
Update RSO Information
Does your RSO have a new president, treasurer, or advisor? Update your RSO's information with the following steps:
- Have the new president and/or advisor read the RSO Handbook.
- Update your new treasurers, presidents, and/or advisors' contact information, here. ONLY update what has changed in your RSO Leadership and promptly email the OIC Assistant Director.
- New advisors must complete the CSA Training listed on Canvas. CSA Instructions,
- Have the new president and/or treasurer complete the mandatory Funding Quiz on Canvas.
