RSO Standings

We are excited to present Perch Portal powered by Campus Labs Engage as the latest way to find out the status of your favorite RSO!

The list provided is for RSOs that are currently with an "Active" status. If you do not see your organization on the link provided, please reach out to the Osprey Involvement Center staff for an update.

STANDINGS & SUSPENSIONS

Active Standing

To be considered an Active RSO, your club must:

  2. Have an updated RSO profile on Perch Portal that consists of
    • A description of the RSO in the “about” subsection

    • All RSO officers must mark their personal profiles as “public,” to make communication easier
    • An updated Constitution that satisfies the requirements outlined in the sample constitution.

    • Updated contact information and social media platforms as needed
  3. Attends General Body Meetings put on bt OIC or gets sbscne excused by the OIC Director

Frozen Standing

If your RSO is frozen, that means your RSO may have committed one of the following:
  1. Are missing/need to update necessary paperwork
    • Once your RSO submits the missing paperwork, you are back in good standing.

  2. Have missed the semesterly mandatory meetings held by OIC.
    • To find out how to become unfrozen, please email the OIC Director.

    • If an RSO finds that another ROS had the same purpose as theirs, they can submit a formal complaint to the OIC Assistant Director of Clubs. Include any supporting documentation you have. The RSO who receives this complaint will be notified and allowed to submit their defense statement. If this occurs, OIC will contact the RSOs under review to identify differential experiences to keep all clubs active. If OIC sees the difference between the two organizations, you will be put back into active status. RSOs identified with the same purpose will remain frozen until an amicable solution is found between the two RSOs.Your RSO has the same purpose as another RSO.

If an RSO is frozen, the RSO will lose the ability to reserve rooms AND submit funding requests.
