Member Services
The Member Services desk is located on the first floor of the Student Wellness Complex. Our services include guest pass sales, locker rentals, membership purchases and renewals and general information regarding the Department of Recreation and Wellness.
Beginning August 17, UNF Recreation & Wellness will introduce new membership options and package rates.
These changes ensure simplicity in memberships and align better with facility offerings. See new rates and package options below. For more information visit the Member Services desk in the Student Wellness Complex.
Guest Passes & Locker Rentals
Guest Passes
Guest passes are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Guest passes can be purchased at Member Services and must be purchased by current members for their guest. Guest passes are non-refundable.
Student Wellness Complex
- Single day guest pass: $10
- Multi-day pass (valid for 7 non-consecutive days): $45
- Maximum of 5 guests per member
Field House
- Single day guest pass: $10
- Maximum of 2 guests per member
Beginning August 17 Pool Day Passes will be sold separately from SWC day passes.
Competition Pool Complex
- Single day guest pass: $10
- Maximum of 2 guests per member
Locker Rentals
The Student Wellness Complex, the Competition Pool Complex and the Field House each have daily lockers available to all members and their guests at no additional cost. Patrons are encouraged to bring their own padlock. Padlocks are also available for purchase at the Member Services desk. Padlocks left overnight on daily lockers will be removed.
Lockers in the Student Wellness Complex can be rented on a semester or annual basis for an additional cost. These lockers are equipped with a digilock that can be set by the user with a unique 4-digit code. Only one rental locker is available per person. A locker rental contract is required for every new rental and each renewal.
- Student rate: $20/semester
- Full-Time Faculty/Staff rate: $30/semester or $80/year
- Alumni/Retiree/Affiliate/Sponsors rate: $125/year
Memberships
RecWell Memberships
RecWell Members can sponsor up to 2 guests through a membership. Memberships are sold on a semester, monthly and annual basis. All rates are per person. Member must be present when purchasing or renewing sponsor membership. SWC ID cards are sold separately for $10 per person. ID card required for access to the facility. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Parking is not included in the membership cost. After purchasing a membership, you will be sent a receipt via e-mail. Provide this receipt to Parking Services and they will allow you to purchase a parking pass.

Membership Definitions:
UNF A&S Fee Paying Students – currently enrolled UNF students that pay for the A&S Fee as part of their tuition.
UNF Non-A&S Fee Paying Students – active students who are enrolled in select classes that are not assessed an A&S fee or not enrolled in current summer session and will continue to be enrolled in the fall. Includes FSCJ Connect Students
UNF Student Sponsor - UNF A&S Fee Paying Students or UNF Non-A&S Fee Paying Students with an active membership may sponsor up to 2 individuals over the age of 18.
UNF Full-Time Faculty/Staff Sponsor – UNF Full-Time Faculty/Staff may sponsor up to 2 individuals over the age of 18.
SWC Memberships
SWC Memberships includes access to the Dottie Dorion Fitness Center, unlimited group fitness classes, the Osprey Cliff and the Paul Shirley Assessment Center. SWC Members can add the Competition Pool Complex access to their membership for an additional fee.

UNF Retiree Sponsor - Retirees with an active SWC membership may sponsor 1 individual over the age of 18. Both the current member and the sponsor must be present at the time of purchase, but do not need to enter the facilities together thereafter.

Available to anyone with current SWC membership.

Lost & Found
RecWell is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Personal belongings are not permitted in activity areas and must be kept in a locker or cubbies which are provided to patrons.
Any personal belongings found by staff or brought to the Member Services Desk will be held for 30 days. Valuable items are immediately turned in to UPD.
