Get to Know Daniella
Daniella joined UNF Online in 2023 as a Student Success Coach. A proud UNF alumna, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and her Master of Fine Arts in Poetry at Stetson University in December 2025. Her career has been rooted in student support and advocacy, with experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, and now as a coach. Deeply passionate about the written word, Daniella enjoys reading, creative writing, and has self-published a poetry chapbook. She also treasures time spent with her large family and her beloved cats.

Student Success Coach
Brooke joined UNF Online in 2026 after serving as an adjunct instructor in the UNF English Department since 2023. Through teaching online courses, she quickly recognized the need to bridge the gap between online learners and academic departments, inspiring a passion for helping students feel more connected, supported, and informed throughout their educational journey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Education from the University of Edinburgh, and a Master of Arts in English Composition from the University of North Florida. As both an educator and proud UNF alumna, Brooke is excited to serve fellow Ospreys as they work toward their academic and professional goals. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, beach volleyball, fitness training, gaming, and spending time with her four pets.

Get to Know Brittani
Brittani joined UNF Online in 2023, bringing valuable experience from her previous role as an academic advisor in UNF’s College of Arts and Sciences, where she served since 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Higher Education Policy and Student Affairs from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. Throughout her academic and professional journey, Brittani has remained committed to supporting the growth, success, and well-being of a diverse student population. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with her closest friends and family.
