There are various UNF and non-UNF scholarships available for UNF students! Scholarships are awarded for a variety of reasons, including academic achievement, financial need, campus and community involvement, and leadership experience.
Types of Scholarships
Admissions
The Office of Admissions offers scholarships to first-time-in-college (FTIC) and transfer students. These scholarships are awarded automatically based on qualifications and availability, and do not require a scholarship application.
UNF Foundation
Non-UNF
Students will be automatically matched for UNF scholarships through Scholarship Universe. The platform can also help students search for external scholarships, offered by non-UNF affiliated organizations.
Academic and Specialty
Various departments across campus offer scholarship opportunities. Be sure to check individual department webpages for their scholarship awarding process.

NEW! Schilling STEM Scholarship Available for 2026-2027
The University of North Florida is proud to announce the new Schilling STEM Scholarship, established through the generosity of Dr. Paul J. Schilling and Dr. James T. Dutton. The scholarship provides financial support to undergraduate students pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) who demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.
