Tuition and Fee Payment Deadline for Summer A & C, 2023 is 5 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2023

Tuition and Fee Payment Deadline for only Summer B , 2023 is 5p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2023

Students who do not make their payment by the payment deadline run the risk of being administratively dropped for non-payment.

If charges remain on your account after the payment deadline, after the disbursement of financial aid, or if subsequent changes are made to your account, outstanding balances may be assessed a $100 late payment fee.  It is the student's responsibility to check their account frequently to ensure that it's paid in full.

NOTE: The office is open for check, cashier's check or money order payments; we are not accepting cash. Students can use the secure drop box outside the building (to the left of the main entrance) to place checks (please include ID and phone number). Do not place cash in the drop box; go to your bank or store to get a money order or cashier's check.

Payments can also be made online via myWings using an electronic check (no fee) or with a debit or credit card (2.75% convenience fee; 4.25% for international cards). Payments made online are reflected immediately on your student account (note: electronic checks take a few days to clear your personal bank account).

If you choose to mail in your payment, please note that we cannot guarantee when it will be delivered by the US Post Office and we do not honor postmarks. Please include your ID and phone number on the check and mail to : UNF Controller's Office; 1 UNF Dr.; Jacksonville, FL. 32224.

How to set up a UNF eRefund

  • Log into myWings and select My Bill
  • Click to enroll in eRefund and select Yes I want to enroll, click Continue
  • Provide banking information; all fields must be completed; click I agree to terms and then submit
  • Visit the UNF eRefunds page for additional instructions

Most students who have enrolled in direct deposit will see their refund deposited into their bank account the day after Student Financial Services processes refunds; if you have not enrolled, your refund may take up to 2 weeks to print and will be mailed (so be sure your address is correct).  If your bank account information is incorrect, your bank will return the funds to our bank and we will begin the refund process again on our next scheduled day to process refunds (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Student Financial Services Office communicates with students via your UNF email account. Please check your UNF email at least weekly and do not forward to another email account (it may be viewed as spam and you may not receive it).
