One-Stop Student Services staff is here to help Monday - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
||Students are encouraged to enter their UNF Ospreys email address in the 'Email' field. Replies to UNF Ospreys addresses will generally contain more specific and detailed account information compared with replies to an external e-mail address.
We’re experiencing unusually high email volume and can’t provide an estimated time in which you can expect a reply. For immediate assistance please call us at (904) 620-5555 or visit our office in Hicks Hall. Be aware that we are also experiencing high walk-in volumes. Our least busy times are generally between 8 - 10 a.m.
