One-Stop Student Services

Welcome!

One-Stop serves as the student-facing hub for Enrollment Services, which includes Financial Aid, Records and Registration, and Admissions. We're here to help students and families navigate UNF's processes and policies, and provide answers to questions you may have.

Important FERPA Notice for Parents/Guardians/Advocates

Privacy rights afforded under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) change significantly once a student enters a post-secondary institution. The laws that give parents access to and control over a child’s education records transfer ownership of records to the student. This means that our One-Stop Coordinators are limited in the information they can provide to individuals other than the student. If you need to discuss any account-specific or detailed account information with us, we recommend that the student be present in the conversation. Parents are also strongly encouraged to contact their student regarding an education record first. Education record information is only shared with the student and may not be shared with the parent, except in the following circumstances:

  • The student elects to give parent access through the Parent Portal
  • The requested information is considered public directory information, and the student has allowed disclosure.
