    Great news! Starting Tuesday, January 3, One-Stop Student Services will be open an additional hour, until 7 p.m. Our hours of operation will be Mon – Thurs from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., with phones turning on at 9 a.m. We look forward to assisting you!

    • Jan 6:                    Residency Reclassification deadline for spring 2017
    • Jan 9-13:              Add/Drop/Late Registration for spring 2017 (late fee)
    • Jan 9:                    Spring 2017 classes begin
    • Jan 9:                    Deadline for spring 2017 major changes
    • Jan 11:                  Last day students can add to a waitlist for spring 2017
    • Jan 11:                  Deadline to submit state employee tuition waivers
    • Jan 16:                  Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday (University closed)
    • Jan 17:                  Deadline to pay/pend/defer spring 2017 tuition and fees (5 p.m.)
    • Jan 17:                  Deadline to submit UNF employee tuition waivers
    • Jan 27:                  Fall 2016 diplomas mailed
    • Jan 27:                  Deadline to petition to late register for spring 2017 ($100 late fee)
    • Jan 27:                  Deadline to reinstate for spring 2017 (late fees apply)
    • Jan 27:                  Deadline to course transfer for spring 2017

     

    • Feb 3:                    Deadline to withdraw from ALL spring 2017 courses (25% refund)

    • The deadline to apply for Fall 2016 graduation was Thursday, October 6. See your academic advisor if you need to apply to graduate after the deadline.
    • Fall 2016 Commencement is Friday, December 9, 2016 in the UNF Arena.

Information released via telephone or email will be limited to general information. For more detailed information, you may visit the One-Stop office in Hicks Hall. Picture I.D. is required to access your records.
