RecWell Facility Use Policies
In accordance with the university facilities use policies, the following guidelines address the use of University facilities for activities, events, programs, etc. which are not regularly scheduled, credited academic classes. These guidelines will ensure that auxiliary and E&G facilities are operated within the stipulations required by the Board of Trustees and State University System (SUS) regulations.

Priority use: RecWell programs (Intramurals, Club Sports, open-rec, other department programs), student Athlete support, RSO and departments, off-campus.
Courts: 3 courts available. Rate is per court/hour. Reserving 3 courts = entire facility.
Meeting Room: 20 – 30 capacity, based on arrangement. Includes tables and chairs, podium with laptop connection, projector, and screen. Laptop not included. Off-Campus: Included in entire facility rental; meeting room only is not available for off-campus rental.
Entire Facility: These rates are Base Rates (not hourly). Includes gym floor (3 courts), locker rooms, meeting room.

Turf Field & Track: 2.6 acres, lined for soccer, unified lacrosse, lighted field. 3 lane track. Rental of field includes rental of track. A track-only event includes the field space. Priority use: Athletics team training (daytime), RecWell Club Sports (evenings), weekday open-rec.
Track School Practices: 3 lane track. Rate applies to school team practices. Use of track is non-exclusive (open rec, campus users still have access). 3 lane track use excludes use of Hodges or Athletic track equipment.
North Field: 5 acres, lighted field. Priority use: RecWell Intramurals
South Fields: 2 acres, 110 x 60 yards, lighted field. Priority use: RecWell Club Sports.
Tennis Courts: 2 available; not lighted; rate reserves both courts. Priority use: RecWell Club Sports and open-rec.

Priority use: RecWell programs (fitness and group fitness, staff training, other department programs), RSO and departments, off-campus.
Recreation and Wellness administration reserves the right to approve reservations of these spaces that fit within the mission and purpose of the department and facility.
These rooms are not available for off-campus rentals, however, may be included as a room resource for a larger RecWell event contract.
Rates and Costs
Rates are hourly. Direct costs apply: labor, services, resources. See chart.
Users
- Rental fees are waived for UNF Commencement, Presidential Lectures, academic classes, Student Government, Osprey Productions, and RSO. Qualifier for RSO (including Club Sport Teams): must be current RSO and in good standings to be eligible for waiver of fees.
- Reduced fees apply to facility use that is ticketed (not free to participate/attend, including fundraising events/activities) or that are open to non-students. If either of these are true, a reduced fee applies.
