Please refer to your UNF Admissions letter to confirm the status of your Admissions BEFORE signing up for an Orientation session and for the appropriate term for which session you should attend. Questions about your admissions term? Having issues logging into your MyWings account, visit the MyWings How-to Videos help page.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, it may be difficult to choose another date with an open seat. Please also have your credit or debit card ready for payment when making your reservation.

#3 Academic Advising

It is essential for your success as a UNF student that you meet with your academic advisor prior to registering for your classes. Most academic advising offices have walk-in hours; however, we recommend making an appointment. Please plan to meet with your Academic Advisor before attending Transfer Orientation.

Make Your Academic Advising Appointment

At UNF each college has a specialized Academic Advising office, with professional staff and faculty advisors that are specialists in your major. Please find the contact information for your college's office on the Academic Advising webpage.

Transferring to UNF with fewer than 30 credit hours? You'll need to begin your academic advising process with the First-Year Advising office.

Three Ways to Contact Your Advisor

  1. Select the Advising option in myWings
  2. Call the Undergraduate Studies office at 904-620-1012
  3. Scan the QR code on the infographic
