Register for Transfer Student Orientation

As a new transfer student, you are required to attend a Transfer Orientation session. We will hold both in-person and virtual options. Registration for Transfer Orientation is in MyWings. Please refer to your UNF Admissions letter to confirm the status of your Admissions BEFORE signing up for an Orientation session and for the appropriate term for which session you should attend. Questions about your admissions term? Having issues logging into your MyWings account, visit the MyWings How-to Videos help page.

Signing Up for Orientation in myWings

  1. Log into your myWings account using your UNF N-number and password
  2. Click on the "What's Next?" tile
  3. Click on "Register for Orientation"
  4. Read and follow ALL the instructions on the page
  5. Select your admission term and then choose your orientation session
  6. Click submit

If you need to change your scheduled orientation date complete the steps above again and select your new preferred session. Please note space may not be available in the session you need so it is important to choose the correct date first.

IMPORTANT: Please check all schedules (work, vacations, graduation, etc.) before making an orientation reservation. Once your reservation has been confirmed it may be difficult to choose another date with an open seat.

Online Orientation

This is an optional, supplemental resource and does not fulfil the orientation requirement. No registration is required for Online Orientation. You'll be given access upon acceptance to UNF, and you can view and review as may times as you'd like. We encourage all new transfer Ospreys to view the Online Orientation in addition to attending Transfer Orientation. You can also self-enroll in the "Next Steps Guide for Transfer Students" course in Canvas for additional access to resources and how-to guides! Self-enroll here: Self Enroll.

STEPS: Login to myWings > select the "What's Next" tile > choose "Online Orientation"
