Sanctions:
- The chapter is required to meet with the Resolution & Engagement Team to host an educational roundtable and update its Hazing Prevention Plan.
- Disciplinary Probation: Effective immediately through May 31, 2026.
- Advisor Presence Requirement: An advisor must be present (virtually or in person) at all events, meetings, socials, and functions through May 31, 2026.
- Social Event Registration Requirement: All social events, whether hosted independently or with another organization, must be registered with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life through May 31, 2026. Registration must include: event name, date, time, location, and attending advisor. The organization may participate in university-wide events and internal activities (philanthropy, brotherhood/sisterhood, leadership, and educational training). After each event, attendance rosters must be submitted to ofsl@unf.edu.
- Chapter Roster Requirement: An updated chapter roster (including names, UNF N#s, and executive board roles) must be submitted. Updated membership rosters and a list of advisors must be provided at the start of each semester during the probation period.
