Uploading Verification Documents in myWings
Step 1:
Log into your myWings account using Chrome or Firefox (Safari might not work)
Step 2:
Select Student, then Student Resources
Step 3:
Click the Banner Self-Service tile
Step 4:
In the Financial Aid section, select Financial Aid Document Upload
Step 5:
Read the directions carefully on the Home tab. Ensure all documents list your UNF Student ID on each page and are complete with required signatures
Step 6:
You must select an Aid Year before uploading (e.g. 2025-2026)
Step 7:
Select the tab above for your document type. You may need to use more than one tab if uploading multiple documents
Step 8:
In the dropdown menu, select your document type and click Attach to open a file upload pop-up
Step 9:
Select the correct file(s) to the matching dropdown menu selection(s). You may attach more than one file from the menu.
Step 10:
After attaching all requested documents, you must click Submit
Step 11:
You will get a confirmation message telling you that your documents have been submitted. Close the tab.
Step 12:
Repeat steps 5-10 if additional documents are requested
Step 13:
If you are uploading documents for multiple aid years, submit one aid year at a time. You will need to repeat Steps 5-10 for each aid year and tab
