A No-Cost Solution to Enhance Workforce Productivity and Employee Wellness

UNF’s Corporate VIP Advantage program provides a vehicle to expand and advance employee wellness at no cost to your organization. By partnering with DCE, your employees have easy access to more than 300 personal enrichment classes and professional certificate programs at 10% off the usual registration fee. The best part is — It’s Free to your company and your employees receive a unique discount.

Content Structure

UNF provides class information in the format you’d like to share with your employees. You allow your employees to use their email addresses to enroll in your UNF VIP Advantage group and register for classes. Employees pay for their classes or you may sponsor them. For retiring employees, please see the advantages on the back. VIP Advantage partners are recognized on the UNF DCE webpage and social media platforms

Program Benefits

  • Employees receive a 10% discount on each enrollment (some courses exempt)
  • Employees receive UNF Continuing Education Units (CEU) Certificates upon successful completion of a professional development program
  • Employees who register as a group of five or more for one Professional Development or LEARN Jacksonville course receive an additional 5% discount
  • The company receives a 10 to 18 % discount for onsite professional development classes

    Easy Steps to Receive Your Discount

    • Create a new account or sign in to your existing account at https://www.campusce.net/unf/account/signin.aspx. Make sure to use your company email address. 
    • Register for your company's VIP course by clicking Add to cart below. Do not add any other courses to your cart at this time. 
    • On the Shopping Cart page, click Check Out. 
    • On the next page, under Who would you like to register?, select "Myself" and click Next.
    • On the My Information page, review/edit your profile as needed, then click Next.
    • On the Check Out page, click Purchase. Your discount will now be active. 
    • Visit the links below to register for your selected course(s). You may need to sign in to your VIP account again. Your discount will automatically be applied.

    If you wish to become a member of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UNF, please visit the VIP membership page at https://www.campusce.net/unfolli/Course/Course.aspx?c=1717. Please note: you will need to create a new account again when registering with OLLI for the first time, but you may use the same login information for both sites.

  • Employees who participate will take pride in the organization and possess the skills necessary to impact ongoing company success
  • The company receives a summary of all employee enrollments by the number of classes in January and June
  • The company is featured on the UNF DCE webpage and highlighted for a month thru social media
  • The company receives invitations to special events, including a yearly leaders workforce development focus group session to direct the creation of needed professional development
  • The company can publicize its partnership with UNF on their marketing platforms
  • Company discount of 10 to 18 % for onsite professional development classes

Requirements

  • Employees register for classes using their company email
  • DCE works with the company to recruit employees and collaborates to offer education days/information sessions at the company site
  • DCE provides flyers or catalogs for electronic and on-site distribution
  • DCE prepares, for the company an email each term to market classes to employees
  • DCE and the company develops an efficient way for employees to access information on courses
  • The company allows UNF to use its logo on its webpage and appropriate social media posts
  • The company promotes DCE programs on employee benefits pages and other appropriate employee communication methods
  • The company and its employees provide testimonials regarding the effectiveness of classes and CVAP benefits
