Brooks College of Health Scholarships
We offers an increasing number of merit and need-based scholarships each year funded by generous gifts from private donors, alumni, friends of the College, administration, faculty, staff, non-profit organizations and corporations.
There are various UNF and non-UNF scholarships available for UNF students. Scholarships are awarded for a variety of reasons, including academic achievement, financial need, campus and community involvement, and leadership experience. Scholarships are a form of gift aid and do not need to be repaid.
Coming Soon: Scholarship Universe! Over the coming months, UNF will be transitioning from the Academic Works scholarship platform to Scholarship Universe. This third-party software system offers over 17,000 vetted and approved external scholarship opportunities and will match you to the ones you may qualify for. External scholarships will go live in October and Foundation scholarships will follow in December.

Admissions Scholarships
The Office of Admissions offers scholarships to first-time-in-college (FTIC) and transfer students. These scholarships are awarded automatically based on qualifications and availability, and do not require a scholarship application.
Non-UNF Scholarships
UNF has a new scholarship matching platform called ScholarshipUniverse. Not only will you be able to apply for UNF scholarships through ScholarshipUniverse (coming in December 2024), the platform can also help you search for external scholarships, offered by non-UNF affiliated organizations. This platform matches students to scholarships based on questions you answer.
When you're ready to start applying, click on the ScholarshipUniverse button below. You will then log in using your UNF credentials. Start answering questions by selecting the Questions menu option on the left side. Scholarship matches will then display and you can select Apply to be redirected to a specific scholarship's application page.
You must already have a UNF student ID number to use the ScholarshipUniverse platform.
Have questions about ScholarshipUnvierse? Check out the ScholarshipUniverse section of our Scholarships FAQ page.

*Check ScholarshipUniverse in December for Foundation Scholarships.
Through the generosity of individuals, alumni, local philanthropists, non-profit organizations and corporations, the UNF Foundation has established merit and need-based scholarships for UNF students.
Submit your Foundation Scholarship application by January 15, 2025, to be considered for the 2025-26 academic year.
